DELIVERY & RETURNS 

DELIVERY COSTS: 
WITHIN NEW ZEALAND: FREE TRACKED SHIPPING 
RD ADDRESSES INCUR AN EXTRA CHARGE AT CHECKOUT. IF YOU DO NOT ENTER YOUR CORRECT (RD) ADDRESS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DISPATCH YOUR ITEM WHICH WILL HOLD UP THE PROCESS. 
INTERNATIONAL: ALL ITEMS CARRY A FLAT RATE INTERNATIONAL CHARGE.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY: 
ALL ORDERS WILL BE DISPATCHED BETWEEN 1 - 3 BUSINESS DAYS AND SENT BY TRACKED MAIL. 
PLEASE ALLOW 
2-5 DAYS FOR NEW ZEALAND DELIVERIES 
4-10 DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES.

ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED BETWEEN NORMAL WORKING HOURS (9AM-5PM). 
ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKENDS OR NEW ZEALAND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS WILL BE DISPATCHED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

IN SOME CASES THERE MAY BE UNFORSEEN DELAYS WITH POSTAGE. THIS MAY BE DUE TO EXTERNAL FACTORS AND LORDSHIP LINENS CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THESE DELAYS.

A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT WILL BE PROVIDED VIA EMAIL UPON PURCHASE. A HARD COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED WITH YOUR GOODS. IT IS IMPORTANT TO HOLD ON TO A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR PURCHASE OR WISH TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE. IN THIS CASE, INCLUDE THE RECEIPT WITH YOUR RETURNED GOODS.

LOST PARCELS: 
IN THE EVENT THAT A PARCEL IS LOST IN TRANSIT, WE WILL EITHER REPLACE OR REFUND THE ITEM. HOWEVER, IF THE ITEM CAN BE TRACKED TO THE PLACE OF DELIVERY STIPULATED IN THE E-SALE, LORDSHIP LINENS WILL NOT LIABLE FOR THIS LOSS.

AVAILABILITY: 
IN THE UNFORTUNATE INSTANCE THAT WE MAKE A MISTAKE AND AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK BUT PAID FOR IN FULL, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND REFUNDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 
SHOULD YOU WISH TO CHANGE THE SIZE OF YOUR PURCHASE, WHERE POSSIBLE WE WILL TRY TO DO SO. IF WE ARE NOT ABLE, WE WILL OFFER YOU A CREDIT OR A REFUND.

PLEASE NOTE: IF THE ITEMS YOU RECEIVED ARE DIFFERENT TO THE GOODS YOU ORDERED, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE TOTAL PLUS THE SHIPPING COST YOU INCUR TO RETURN THE ITEM TO US.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 
IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE YOU CAN RETURN YOUR GOODS, PROVIDED WE GET THEM BACK WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, AND IN PERFECT ORIGINAL SALE-ABLE CONDITION, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF FAULTY ITEMS, OR IF THE GOODS DIFFER FROM WHAT YOU'VE ORDERED. FOR YOUR PROTECTION, PLEASE BE SURE TO RETURN YOUR GOODS VIA TRACKED POST. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE GOODS AND THEY CAN NOT BE TRACKED, THE SENDER WILL BE LIABLE AND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

REFUNDS:

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT REFUND THE ORIGINAL COST OF SHIPPING THE GOODS TO YOU, WHICH WE ROUND TO $10 FOR NON RURAL ADDRESSES, OR $15 FOR RURAL ADDRESSES.

ANY FULL PRICED* ITEM THAT IS RETURNED FOR A REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED BACK ONTO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THIS AMOUNT, UNLESS YOU KEPT ANOTHER ITEM SENT IN THE SAME PACKAGE. IF ALL ITEMS WERE RETURNED THEN WE WILL DEDUCT THE SHIPPING COST (AS ABOVE)
